Musky Fishing and the Hunt for Tigers

Musky Fishing and the Hunt for Tigers Kyla and I had an evening of Musky Fishing on a local lake known to have a good population of hybrid, or tiger musky. While you can’t specifically target tigers per se, you can target the spots you have raised them in the past. This was the case tonight, we had some follows and near strikes and Kyla made the call to target a big weed bed. We have had success in this spot in the past and despite the weeds not being as thick as normal we were able to find a solid fish here. – On evenings when you are moving fish and getting chances it’s all about sticking with it and having confidence in your approach. Have a good musky attitude really helps, even after a couple fish roll off in the figure 8 you can see Kyla is still bopping to the music.
