Guidlines with Matt Gunkel: Kinkaid Lake, IL

11/11-11/14.  3.5 days 7 fish landed with a fat 45” incher being the biggest as well as 4 fish missed or lost.

There are a couple patterns going on.   The (almost) famous super shallow spinnerbait bite is hot and cold.

There were several fish up to 46” caught last week on Tandem Nutbusters up shallow and we lost a low 40” class as well as moving several other mid 30” class fish doing this.

The main lake bite is going on weed edges of long points.  Baits that get down 7-8’ have been producing fish,

We got all of our fish on .22 long and mag dawgs
