Peter Blicharz Guide Service

Guidelines with Peter Blicharz: Northern Wisconsin

Starting into early fall the cool nights have dropped our water temps into the mid to upper 60 degree range. This is one of my favorite times of the year to have some really fun and exciting musky fish with the fish pushing shallow and becoming pretty aggressive.

Top water has been hot with Lake X and Sennett Tackle being my best producers. Shallow flats adjacent to steep breaks are a good place to start.

Always smart to have someone throwing a dive and rise such as a Suick this time of year or mid size shallow rubber. Red October tubes with the jerk bait harness are a staple.
