55.25″ Caught at Dark on Mille Lacs Lake

Ben Knutson (guide) was on a  fishing trip with client Talbert Turner.  The trip was a week long and only one Musky was caught on the last day at dark and it was HUGE!  The fish measured 55.25″ x 28.5″  This was the only fish the two saw for the entire week.

Ben caught this MONSTER using a White Double Dawg Pounder with Chartreuse tails.

If you were to use the Musky Hunter Weight Calculator the fish would weigh in at 56lbs.  Last year in November 2020, Ben was lucky enough to land two Musky both weighing in over 50lbs.  Lucky Guy!  This years’ fish is pictured below – Check it out!
